The Origin Story
Our roots at ThoughtMinds are in building AI solutions, including voice agents, conversational systems, and domain-specific models, for enterprise clients. We enthusiastically deployed these systems into production, but that hands-on experience gave us an uncommon vantage point.
We understood, from the inside, where AI breaks down in ways automated tools simply cannot catch. We saw the edge cases. We saw the confident wrong answers. We saw the moments where a technically accurate response was still a catastrophic failure in tone, empathy, or regulatory compliance.
For industries where mistakes are unforgivable, such as Healthcare and Financial Services, we realized that testing in production was not a viable strategy.
