RevaLabs Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to RevaLabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThoughtMinds ("we," "us," or "our"), operating through thoughtminds.ai. These Terms govern your access to and use of the RevaLabs, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering for, or using RevaLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

RevaLabs provides users with access to our proprietary software platform and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to improve performance, enhance security, or for any other legitimate business reason.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its underlying infrastructure, or related networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the RevaLabs platform.
• Use automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to collect data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

ThoughtMinds Property: The RevaLabs platform, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and source code, is the exclusive property of ThoughtMinds and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you submit to the Service ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant ThoughtMinds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you are using a paid version of RevaLabs, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your specific service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RevaLabs immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RevaLabs is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ThoughtMinds makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThoughtMinds and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Kochi, Kerala, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of RevaLabs after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
